Carabinero prawns, citrus fleur de sel and olive oil
Ingredients for 6 people
6 king prawns
Citrus flower of salt
1 lime
Olive oil
Recipe
Using a scissors, cut off the antennae and legs.
Cook for 5 to 6' on each side, depending on the size of the prawns.
Serve the prawns with domes of fleur de sel and grated lime on top and lime wedges.
