Carabinero prawns, citrus fleur de sel and olive oil

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 6 king prawns
  • Citrus flower of salt
  • 1 lime
  • Olive oil

Recipe

  • Using a scissors, cut off the antennae and legs.
  • Cook for 5 to 6' on each side, depending on the size of the prawns.
  • Serve the prawns with domes of fleur de sel and grated lime on top and lime wedges.
