Maintenance instructions
- To avoid the risk of accidents, disconnect the electrical cable from the appliance before carrying out any maintenance.
- The grease tray should be emptied and cleaned after each use. The grease tray must be handled when the griddle is cold.
- There are two ways to clean the griddle:
- Hot: use your cooking spatula and stainless steel ball to remove cooking residues. Pour water directly onto the griddle and rub with your stainless steel ball to release excess water into your grease tray.
- Cold: use your damp sponge with the cleaning stone or Plancha Net product, rinse with your sponge and finish with a microfiber square to restore your plancha's shine.
