Take your plancha out of the boxes and place it on a flat surface.

Remove the protective elements from your griddle

Take out the tray and remove the bubble wrap

Connect your plancha to an electrical outlet

Turn the knobs to 300 and check that the blue light is on.

Reposition your plancha on your flat surface

Adjust the legs of your plancha so that they are straight
