Caprése-style bricks

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 3 fresh multicolored tomatoes
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • 6 thick slices of mozzarella
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 6 sheets of bricks
  • 3 tablespoons of pesto
  • RoquetteOlive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Flour of salt

Recipe

  • Slice the tomatoes steak-style
  • Sear them on the corner of the plancha for 2'.
  • Wrap a slice of ham and 2 basil leaves around the mozzarella slice.
  • Shape the bricks.
  • Color them on the plancha, turning them over for 10'.
  • Serve with an arugula and balsamic vinegar salad.
